Sounds like you are having a good time, and that you are excited about being there. Good luck on everything that you intend on doing on your trip.
It is so great what you are doing. Volunteering and helping others is fantastic. I am sure it is so intersting being over there, getting to experience a different culture and learn new things. I hope everyone stays safe and the job gets done!
I can't believe that you had the chance to travel and help others. I would do the same thing if I had the chance. I think it is really cool that you are taking this chance and making the most of it.

I begin to think you are enjoying your trip more than what you expected.By you going over you have gave them something to look forward too, when they finish.
Yes, I am really enjoying the experience! And what a day we had today!!! After not talking or responding the first few days last week- they must be comfortable with us now- everyone is talking and asking questions and sharing stories and laughing! It is fantastic. One group demonstrated the correct and incorrect way to identify and patient and perform a phlebotomy today- and it seems phlebotomy issues are universal- we all laughed and laughed! And yes, Alex, they now understand Levy Jennings charts and can interpret shifts, trends, and out of control troubleshooting!!!! Med Techs are the same the world over!!!
It's great that you actually get to teach while you are there. It's great to hear that you get the opportunity to help people. You're doing a great job. Keep up the good work!
