From left to right: sunrise from the front of the house I stayed in at the Mission Hospital/School in Mvumi; view from the car as we began our safari from Mvumi back to Dar es Salaam; bus passing us in route to Dar es Salaam
Yes, I do feel safe. As anywhere, I am cautious and we always use the buddy system! The CDC has a list of approved hotels and we check with the State Dept before we go into any country. We all read about the country and its culture and we are all very flexible (before we arrive). We have made good friends and it is great to see each other and catch up on laboratory activities and families and country activities!

Your pictures look great, but I have a question. Do you feel safe when you travel over there.

I really found the pictures of the sunrise to be very peaceful and relaxing. I pray that one day I am blessed to visit a place such as this.
