Phlebotomy Training Workshop in Namibia

As a team of 3 Medical laboratory Scientists we facilitated a training workshop in proper venipuncture technique to a group of 30 laboratory and nursing participants. This workshop took place in northern Namibia, in Ondangwa. It is a beautiful part of Namibia; it is their springtime and flowers were blooming. There were short bursts of rainfall- then the sun would come back out! Temperatures were in low 70s- a perfect spring! Here are a few pictures of activities we did during the workshop!
