Mrs. Robinson.
I think what you are doing is great. I have a question do y'all have to boil the water before drinking or using it?

My name is Michelle H.

Michelle,
That is a good question. In Namibia, the water is safe, though CDC advises that we drink bottled water. We have been able to eat salads and raw vegetables in Namibia and we usually have to forgo those luxuries. We have even been using ice in our drinks which is another luxury!
I am now in Nairobi and we do have to be careful with drinking water and eating raw fruits and vegetables. The IFBLS conference opend last night with about 800 international participants! Continue to watch for new posts and pictures of the conference. My colleague, Peter Kariuki, and I give our presentation Monday at 2 pm!
